Monthly Package Refund Policy

1. Mid-Month Cancellation

Prorated refund based on unused days, minus a 10% processing fee.

2. Same-Day Cancellation

No refund or adjustment if canceled on the same day. Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Single Pause

Only one pause is allowed per monthly subscription.

4. Service Issues

Full refund for significant service failure (e.g., driver no-show, severe delays).

5. Refund Processing

Refunds processed within 7 business days. Refunds issued to the original payment method.
